Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data DIRATECH collects when you use this website or contact us through it, why we use it and the choices you have.

Who is responsible for your data

Digital Radiography Technologies doo (DIRATECH), Veljka Dugosevica 54, 11050 Belgrade, Serbia, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. For any privacy question or request, email us at contact@diratech.com.

What we collect

When you send a message, enquiry or pilot application

We collect the information you enter in the form:

• your name, work email, company and, if you provide it, your role
• your message and details about your request, such as the topic, your organisation type, area of interest, current machine, platform or inspection method, sample availability and the description of your application or inspection challenge

Please share a non-confidential overview only. We do not ask for sample files, detailed specifications or confidential information at this stage.

With the form, we also record the page you sent it from, the first page you visited on our site during that visit and, if you arrived through one of our links, the campaign details in that link (for example, that you came from a DIRATECH LinkedIn post).

When you browse the website

Like any website, ours relies on services that receive technical data, such as your IP address and browser details, so they can deliver content to you:

• the provider that hosts this website, to deliver pages and keep the site secure
• Google, which delivers the typeface used on every page and, on our homepage, the casting feature of the video player
• Mux, which delivers the videos on our homepage and collects playback statistics, such as playback quality and the type of device and browser used

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set cookies. Your browser stores two small items for the site:

• the campaign details of the link you arrived through, kept only until you close the tab
• whether you muted the video player, kept until you clear your browser data

Neither is used to follow you across other websites.

Why we use it

• To review your message, enquiry or pilot application and contact you about it. We do this to take steps you have asked for before a possible agreement, and in our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To manage our business relationship with you and your company, in our legitimate interest in developing partnerships and pilot projects.
• To understand which pages and channels lead to enquiries, in our legitimate interest in improving our website and communication.
• To deliver the website and its videos reliably and securely, in our legitimate interest in running the site.

Providing your details is voluntary, but we need the required form fields to respond to you. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.

Who receives your data

Form submissions are stored in HubSpot, the customer relationship management service we use, in its European Union data centre. HubSpot processes the data on our behalf and under our instructions. Only DIRATECH team members who handle your request have access to it. We do not sell your personal data.

HubSpot, Google and Mux are based in the United States, so some data may be processed outside Serbia and the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep the data you send through our forms for as long as we need it to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. If no relationship follows, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Technical data received by our service providers is kept according to their own retention policies.

Your rights

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask us to:

• give you access to the personal data we hold about you
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• delete your data or restrict how we use it
• provide your data in a portable format

You can also object at any time to our use of your data based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@diratech.com.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (poverenik.rs) or with the data protection authority in your country.

We may update this notice when our website or the way we handle data changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
